  That’s a great question! As far as I understand, memories are more detailed (like a video), while thoughts are more abstract (like a blurry video that is short and has a lot of gaps between each scene). But you are right! It can be difficult to tell apart sometimes! I will have to look it up to understand it too! Thank you for your question!
