  My PhD course is run by Oxford University but I actually attend Oxford Brookes (which is a completely different university, albeit 10 minutes down the road). This is actually very beneficial as I get to experience both universities. Oxford is world-famous for research excellence and so it is great to have this connection and interact and learn from people working there. Oxford is also a very pretty city!
